Donations to the Camden County Alzheimer’s Project directly support our efforts within Camden County by providing resources and services that make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Contributions help fund support groups, our Friends Club, educational programs, and other initiatives that allow us to continue expanding our mission and furthering our goals as an organization.
